Indexed from someone's undated transcription by Rich & Corie Trayer in 1997. The Strattons donated the land for the Methodist Church and Cemetery in 1828.  Earliest legible tombstones are Jonathan McEntire and John Fouts, 1819.  Thomas Young, the first white male-child born in Clarion County in 1802 and died in 1869 is buried in this cemetery along with early settlers and veterans of the Civil War without any stones.
